The space editor allows you to visualize what your live event space will look like by making changes within the environment. Elements that appear in a template cannot be removed, but they can be turned off.

Booth Properties

a. Background Image: Can upload your own, or choose from the prepopulated options
b. Background Video
c. Tablet Background Image
d. Mobile Background Image

Absolute Properties ‘+ Content’: Add Content Types

-Hotspot: Allows you to put a click action over anything
-Text: Can change copy throughout event space
'Name’ is the layer name
‘Z-Index’ is similar to layers
Pick your position style, text style, background style, border style, padding, shadow style, and transform style
-Button: Has a click action associated with it
Change button ‘Text’
Add where your ‘Click Action’ will go
Pick your position style, text style, background style, border style, padding, shadow style, and transform style
-Image: Can be an image link or your own image
-Video: A video must be added to handouts first, and then can be selected. Video will appear as a placeholder in the space editor, and only populate in live space.
-Virtual Host: A video of somebody welcoming attendees to a space
-Display Ad: Will appear as a placeholder in the space editor, and only populate in live space
Choose from a pre-determined 'Size’
If you have multiple display ads, chose their ‘Transition’
Fill out ‘Filter' value (will need for creating a new display ad)

-Frame: Will appear as a placeholder in the space editor, and only populate in live space
Provide ‘Frame URL’ (can be your own external link, or a link to somewhere within the event)
*Once you have your content type selected, you have some more specific options to choose from (component hotspots, component buttons, inline components)
Absolute Properties ‘+ Content’: Add Component Hotspots, Add Component Buttons, Add Inline Component (most have similar options to the above). For components, you will typically have an edit button where you can change certain things such as Modal Title, Default View, Tabs (for example, if a webcast, you will see Abstract, Speakers, Sponsor), and Tracks.

-Inline Components: Components that are right on the page, meaning it does not need to be clicked to open
