Within Actions/Points, there are multiple actions that a user can take. Once selected, decide on filter/sub filter selections, and date/time of availability for that specific action.
1. Click ‘Engagement’ on Event Settings Panel, then ‘Gamification’
2. Click into the ‘Game.’ keep in mind that you can have multiple games within an event

3.Scroll down to Actions/Points and click ‘New Item’

4. Complete the following:
-Action: Manual Points Award, Send a Business Card, Download a Business Card, etc.
-Filter: every time, first time for space, one time only
-Sub filter: Only available after selecting certain filter options
-From Date: When the action is available
-To Date: When the action is no longer available
-Points: The amount of points a user will receive for completing the action

5. Repeat step #4 until you have all of the Actions/Points set up for gamification within your event
6. Scroll down and click ‘Save’
