The Branding section is where you set every template level image that you might need. For example, the navigation bar and registration page logos are set in the Branding section.
Various sections in Branding are connected/cross-linked to other places within the Chati backend. For example, the ‘Registration’ section within branding can be updated within the Branding or Registration section.
Event
Event Logo: Used in multiple different places throughout the event. The event logo will typically be the title of your event. It appears on login pages, registration pages, toolbars, email templates, and more. If not set, the default account logo will be used.
Event Logo Click Action: The is the link users will be directed to when they click the event logo.
Menu Bar Image: This image appears in your event’s menu bar with the primary navigation. You can use your event logo or choose another image. Make sure it’s visible against your selected primary color. Recommended dimensions may vary depending on the navigation template you choose.
Recommended Dimensions: 320px by 80px
Primary Event Color: This is the main color for your event, used on login pages, registration pages, toolbars, spaces, booths, and more.
Secondary Event Color: This is the secondary color for your event, used alongside the primary color on login pages, registration pages, toolbars, spaces, booths, and more.
Secondary Event Font Color: This is the color for text that appears over your secondary event color. Make sure it has strong contrast with the secondary event color for easy readability on login pages, registration pages, toolbars, and more.
Account
Account Logo: This logo, usually your company logo, is the default when specific logos aren’t set. Recommended Dimensions: 320px by 80px
Admin Portal Background Image: Background image for the admin portal login page.
Recommended Dimensions: 1920px by 1080px
Admin Portal Header Image: Header image for the admin portal login page.
Recommended Dimensions: 1920px by 1080px
Admin Portal Logo: This logo is used on the administrative portal login pages and other communications, allowing you to customize the setup portal with your branding.
Recommended Dimensions: 320px by 80px
Email Banner Image: This is the default banner that appears at the top of your event emails. Recommended Dimensions: 600px by 300px
Login
Background Image: This is the background image used on your event's login page.
Recommended Dimensions: 1920px by 1080px
Banner Image: This is the banner image displayed at the top of your event’s login page.
Recommended Dimensions: 1200px by 300px
Login Redirect Link: This is the link users will be redirected to if they try to access the login page.
Logout Redirect Link: This is the link users will be directed to when they log out of the event.
Microsite
Background Image: This is the background image for your event microsite. Check your selected microsite template for recommended dimensions.
Banner Image: This is the banner image displayed at the top of your event microsite. Check your selected microsite template for recommended dimensions.
Registration
Background Image: This is the background image for your event registration page.
Recommended Dimensions: 1920px by 1080px
Banner Image: This is the banner image displayed at the top of your event’s registration page. Recommended Dimensions: 1200px by 300px
Reporting Portal
Data Portal Logo: This is the image displayed at the top of your event’s data portal login page. Recommended Dimensions: 1200px by 300px
Reporting Portal Background Image: This is the background image for your event’s data portal login page. Recommended Dimensions: 1920px by 1080px
A few things to know about uploading your branding images:
All uploaded images, handouts, and videos are stored in the Content Asset Files section. To keep your assets organized, we recommend creating new folders as you upload content into your event.
Folders listed in bold under the System section represent the Chati file system—a predefined set of assets that cannot be modified or added to.
Please note: assets cannot be moved from one folder to another once uploaded.
